Find the Right Support Channel Here
This page lists three contact options: AI support, human support, and enterprise sales / invoicing support. Choose the channel that matches your issue first so you can get a faster response.
1. Choose a Contact Channel
| Contact Channel | Best For | Not Responsible For |
|---|---|---|
| AI Support | Agent configuration, self-service troubleshooting, agent errors, LLM token request errors, and common tool integration issues. | Casual conversation, unrelated topics, sensitive or prohibited content, business partnerships, or invoicing. |
| Human Support | Installing tools such as Claude Code and Codex, deploying and configuring agents, paid remote assistance, and remote installation or configuration across enterprise computers. | Unlimited free support, invoicing, or business partnerships. |
| Enterprise Sales / Invoicing | Invoices, enterprise procurement, partner channels, large custom purchases, business partnerships, and formal issue reports. | Routine configuration questions or casual conversation. |
2. AI Support (Recommended First)
Best for: If you need help with agent configuration, agent errors, LLM token request errors, model selection, endpoint fields, or workflow integration, contact AI support first.
Capabilities: This AI support assistant uses a leading SOTA foundation model together with nearly six months of support conversations and a large internal enterprise knowledge base. It is designed for frequent, standardized, self-service troubleshooting and guidance.
Tip: Include the error screenshot, exact error text, client name, model name, endpoint, and steps you followed. This helps identify the issue faster.
Usage reminder: Use AI support for product questions and troubleshooting. Do not use it for casual conversation, unrelated discussions, or sensitive or prohibited content. Follow applicable laws and platform policies.
3. Human Support (Installation and Paid Services)
Best for: Contact human support if you need help installing tools such as Claude Code or Codex, or deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting agents on a real computer.
Service scope: Claude Code and Codex installation and deployment, agent configuration, paid remote assistance, and remote installation or configuration across enterprise computers.
Service note: Human assistance is a paid service. When you contact support, provide the number of devices, operating environment, current issue, and desired completion date so the request can be assessed faster.
Note: Human support primarily handles installation, deployment, and configuration assistance. It does not handle invoicing or business partnerships; use the enterprise channel below for those requests.
4. Invoicing, Enterprise Sales, and Issue Reports
Best for: Invoices, enterprise procurement, partner channels, large custom purchases, business partnerships, and formal issue reports.
Before contacting us: For an invoice, prepare the order number, legal invoice name, tax ID, and recipient email. For enterprise procurement, include your company or team name, estimated usage, and the tools you plan to integrate.
Channel note: For invoices, add the invoicing representative directly. This channel is only for invoices, enterprise partnerships, and formal issue reports; please do not use it for routine configuration questions.
